Objective: Students will develop a power point lecture on the subject of culture, literature, art, philosophy, or technology  and demonstrate how these ideas influenced or were influenced by history during the time of this course.

Examples: education, changing roles of women/men, war time technology, artistic movements (music, art, literature), manufacturing…BUT the topic should be something that is not going to be fully covered within the class/discussions so it is important to have your ides approved

Students should post your topic/thesis and proposed date to present to the class on the discussion board under Week 1 for approval before beginning work on the assignment.
