During the course of this week, review newspapers, news broadcasts, magazines, and other sources of current events. Identify three articles that discuss teamwork in three current event(s). You also may use the course materials and our interactive discussions for Unit 2 to write a response paper at least three pages long. Please include an introduction, three body paragraphs (one for each event), and a conclusion.
Choose a current issues in society (on the national or international level). In the paper, discuss the role of teamwork in resolving conflicts or achieving goals. Specifically, explain the characteristics of an effective team and the ways the three different groups did or did not worked together to achieve a goal or resolve a conflict. Discuss relevant theories that were applied to the group decision-making processes. Explain the role of leadership in small group communication. Use the outside resources, course materials and specific, personal examples to substantiate your claims. All references need to be documented in APA style.
