What are the differences in the Courts where you live in texas?
In researching New York State I found that it has one of the most
complex judicial systems in the United States.
I also found there were other distinctions in the courts as to whether
they were trial courts or appellate courts. There is a lot of interesting
information out there. I am enjoying learning more about the system.
Part 2
I would think there is basic structure. The three tier Lower court such mayor’s court,Municipal and county courts, Probate,juvenile, Domestic RElations General ic criminal and civil more 15,0000. Court Of common plea. Then there is courts of appeals is to see if the defendant can reverse the lower court discussion . So it mostly review case. Than highest court Supreme Court . Which has the jurisdiction over the appeal court and common plea. In OHio the have 7 justice. Most these case involve your rights on the constitution. So I basic think the three tier of court are setup the saame . It how we break down the lower courts.

I agree, there are probably a lot of different things we will find as we go.
For example, in New York State a small claims case can not exceed a
$3,000.00 judgment as opposed to the $5,000.00 judgment you found.

The court system in the United States has been made of various structures. Some courts have various jurisdictions to save some cases while others lack that jurisdiction. The courts range from appellate courts that handle all trial cases to appellate courts that solve matters that have been appealed from the trial courts. Moreover, most of the trial courts are state courts. These include; municipal courts, mayor courts and county courts……………………..
