How does this film add to the conversation of the American project
I have film that need to be analyzed : needs to be 300+ words about a page or page and a half; you can write more if you wish.
The responses can be personal and informal, but will be your critical thoughts about the film. I do not mean “negative” thoughts, or even your positive critical thoughts. It is not enough (it is never enough) to simply say “this was terrible” or “this rocked!” You need to engage with the films and consider their aesthetic, historical, or technical achievements or complications. You should be expressing your thoughts about the films. They will address central themes, cultural complications, economic conditions, or aesthetic innovations, and will not simply state that the film is this or is that, but will ask and engage with a question such as “How does this film add to the conversation of the American project.What does this film mean in context then, and what does it mean now?”
One thing I got as a reminder, make sure you don’t just focus on writing films summary. Try to find good articles that talk about the movie in specific scene.
