The laws surrounding and governing drugs and alcohol are controlled by the Drug control act this is used to provide control of the sale, supplies, and distribution of the drug on a widespread. It is regulated so that places such as Pharmacy, drugs, and blood banks regulate under drug and cosmetics rules this ensures rules to improve standards with components. from this lesson I can surely say for a fact that the majority of all the people using drugs are mostly younger generation teenagers. these are caused by peer pressure and most teenagers do it or do drugs just to be seen by others and it becomes a habit as to where there is no point in stopping until it affects both individual and their peers.

I believe that the laws surrounding and governing drugs and alcohol are used for the government to make more money. I say that because in some states marijuana is legal and in others its illegal but I noticed the states that it is legal brag about how much money was made off the drug. The side effects to most drugs and alcohol are usually bad so why would they ever be legal.
