This article should be from an academic journal, or a credible online news source such as a business magazine (Forbes, Fortune, Business Week, etc.). Use a minimum of two additional references (dated 2013 to present) to support your discussion.

1.      In the introduction provide the names of the parties involved in the dispute, include an APA citation to the article, and explain your choice.

 

2.      State the nature of the collective bargaining dispute.

 

3.      What are the underlying causes of the dispute?

 

4.      What economic or ethical pressures has each side attempted to use to prevail in the dispute?

 

5.      If there is any evidence of any illegal or unethical conduct on either side, describe it in detail.

 

6.      Was the dispute resolved? If so, how?

 

7.      What, if any, role was played by third parties in resolving this bargaining dispute? What was the identity of the third party?
