Go to http://www.nass.org/ to find your home state, and review its administrative code, rules, etc. Look at the sites of one or two other states and compare them to your state. Find the workers’ compensation rules in your state using the index (if there is one) or the search function, then answer the following questions:

  1. What state agency is responsible for workers’ compensation claims in your state?
  2. How does one file a workers’ compensation claim in your state?
  3. Look at one or two other state’s rules. What similarities or differences do you notice?
