Toxic handlers can be described as people who assist other members of the organization in dealing with pain brought about organizational changes. This is based on the fact that some changes are usually toxic to the staff, as they are accompanied with several uncertainties. When these changes occur, toxic handlers voluntarily shoulder the frustration and the heat in the organization (Lipman- Blumen, 2006).

While working as a sales person in Dell Inc.
