As we know the interview is a critical part of the hiring process. Most small businesses do not understand the proper way of conducting interviews as most of the questions they ask are quite irrelevant or inconsistent. At the same time, the interviews tend to connect with the emotions of the interviewees and it is common to choose a candidate based on emotional attachment and not qualification.  They also do not adequately plan well for the interview resulting in lengthy interviews where most of the materials discussed are not even related to the pre-planned interview questions……………………………………………………
