For an international company, I came across DHL which is an international logistics company that has operations all across the globe. My country of focus however was United Arab Emirates where the company has a hub for some of its operations. The organization was founded in Europe where there are different cultures from those found in the United Arab Emirates. The company’s mission is excellence, simply delivered (Dooms, 2010).
