I feel that countries require explicit strategies meant for technological development because they are the mindsets that are created for use together with the new technologies. There is a need for integration and also understanding of the way human behavior behaves in the provision of various solutions in terms of innovation of creativity (Scherz et al., 2019). The technological systems have been put in place or even altered, and various nations have already benefited from spontaneous creativity. Innovation is highly considered in countries and also companies for the core purpose of creating various ecosystems for flourishing of innovations. The explicit strategies which ought to be enacted in different countries provide a broader approach to ethics, and it is useful. Therefore, there is gaining an understanding of the way ethical discourses are meant to shape particular policies. This has been proved through scientific studies whereby technology assessment has been done concerning the expansion of various influences. Technological assessment in multiple countries and companies gives a reflection of numerous topics hence; contributing to an increase in global impacts.
The technological assessment also supports the society in getting to the understanding of societal problems which are as a result of technological developments. The boundaries of innovative frameworks could be consistent with the national peripheries and differ from one techno-mechanical territory to another. Existing strategies will focus more on the progress of specific innovations that will be needed in the future. To contribute effectively to the country’s economic growth and continually bring innovation into business processes or products or services, invest in managing human capital is so important. The technology currently reaches new heights. In all fields, be it medicine, automotive, finance, or defense, the change is evoked not only a significant impact on society, but it also changes all the structure of a nation, and it is believed (Julia, 2018).
While technological advances occur every day at a very high rate, there seems to be a race to the top for each nation and technology companies. Existing strategies will focus more on the progress of specific innovations that will be needed in the future. Unfortunately, nations continually struggle to implement improved designs to gain a competitive advantage over other countries. It was based on various combinations of private and public support for R&D over time. It profoundly affects fundamental ethics and practice of operational public research organizations. For modular and overall, we increasingly feel that technological change is increasingly spread in recent years. New technologies should not be used because countries and companies often need specific technological development strategies in some areas. It simplifies life for people over existing circumstances that become the leader of the global economy while countries that have advanced and more inclined to the digital world. In a rapidly changing industrial environment, effective intellectual property strategies, and extensive use of flexible contractual arrangements are organizational networks for the benefits and limits to growth (groups.itu.int, 2020).
