(Frederick, 1999), and Building an Ethical Company: Create an Organization That Helps Employees Behave More Honorably (Links to an external site.) (Smith &Kouchaki, 2021). In this final paper, you will conclude your study of the case that you began in Week 1 with the Moral Position assignment, continued to develop in Week 3 with the assignment Ethical Theories and Your Moral Position, and further expanded in Week 4 with the assignment Stakeholder Perspectives and Your Moral Position. This week, you will briefly summarize the ethical issues of your case study and your ethical theory application and conclusion, and you will review the perspectives of two relevant stakeholders on your position. Be sure to concisely present the important and necessary information while incorporating instructor feedback from your previous assignments. Afterward, critically reflect on the whole case study by evaluating your ethical arguments, specifying recommendations and opportunities for future practices and research.

In this introduction, briefly summarize the case study and your moral position, which was covered in your Week 3 and Week 4 an If you can improve on and update your moral position, besure to do so here, and incorporate instructor feedback while limiting your summary to the necessary information. At the end of this section, in a thesis statement, state the ethical theory that you will apply in this final paper, your main arguments, and your conclusions.

Re-evaluate the perspectives of two relevant stakeholders on your position. In the next section of your paper, explain the interests of two stakeholder groups and how you satisfy their interests and address their concerns, covered in your Week 4 a Be sure to incorporate instructor feedback while limiting your summary to the necessary information. With further analysis, can you build consensus around your ethical conclusion? If not, how would you propose the ethical conclusion despite the potential conflict of interests?

Deduce ethical lessons learned from your study that may benefit future organizational leaders and shareholders. In the next section of your paper, answer the following questions: What ethical lessons are learned from your study? What lessons do you wish future leaders and shareholders will have learned when similar ethical issues arise in organizations, and why? Highlight how your chosen ethical theory applies to these lessons.

Recommend opportunities for further research that can be developed in future work. In the last section of your paper, address the following questions. Given the limitation of your study of the case due to the length of the assignments and the course, what issues were not addressed but deserve further attention? What other opportunities for further research come out of your work in these assignments? How might this further research help prevent such ethical issues in other organizations in the future?
