Describe how your personal qualifications and experiences, especially those working with diverse populations, have prepared you for this educational direction. Please describe the strengths you bring to the social work profession and areas of needed improvement that you have identified, including how you plan to address them.

Social workers often work with those in society who experience marginalization, oppression, and/or discrimination. Identify a population in the (???)  region that you feel is marginalized, oppressed, or discriminated against. What strengths and qualities do you posses that would benefit this population?

The Region Would be “Central EL Paso” in this region there are too many poor people who live in poverty.

There are various factors that have influenced me to make the decision to pursue social work degree. These factors give me the morale to take on social work as a career despite the fact that not many people choose these as the main career. The following are main reasons why I chose this curse:

            The first reason is that social work is a flexible career. One is able to make adjustments to pick the course that best suits his needs. All the options that are available in social work are easy to fit it and that’s why a person can be of service to many when in this course, (Apgar and Association of Social Work Boards, 2015). The other factor is that there are shortages in the number of social workers yet the people who need their services are many……………………………………..
