The stage of adolescence can be quite difficult for many teenagers. While there are a couple of physical changes that occur in the stage, emotional distress is also paramount at this stage and some teenagers tend to lose control of themselves and their emotions. Other teenagers may however have a smooth transitioning depending on their environment.
