Socratic Method is a form of learning where individuals use inquiry and discussion named after Greek philosopher Socrates. The individuals stimulate their critical thinking by asking and answering questions between themselves. Socratic Method can also be considered as a dialectical method because it involves discussion and debates where one defenses their point of view (P. Tucker, 2010, pg. 2).
