My agency is called Centre de Sante Communautaire Hamilton/Niagara (CSCHN) located in Hamilton Ontario Canada. CSCHN is a Francophone Community Health Centre that provides health and social services to French- speaking clients. They provide a variety of services such as Health and Wellbeing, programs combating violence against women and sexual assault, childhood and Youth Mental Health, Adult counseling and addiction program, elders program, newcomer and immigration program.
