SERVANT LEADERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE ANALYSIS

In this week’s Wednesday discussion, you followed the instructions for the Servant Leadership Questionnaire (Northouse, 2016, p. 250) and requested two of your colleagues to assess your leadership capacity. Use the responses you have received from your two colleagues to and conduct an analysis using the following questions as a guide.

Which behavior received the highest score and provide an example of how you demonstrated this behavior?

Which behavior received the lowest score and elaborate on the possible reasons?

What were your revelations about how your colleagues perceive your leadership? How does this compare with how you perceive yourself in the each of the behaviors?

How can you enhance your leadership practice based on these results?

Your four- to five-page paper should include references from your research as well as the required and recommended studies from this week. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
