If we assume that self-leadership is the most critical skill

If we assume that self-leadership is the most critical skill you must possess when you graduate as an Organizational Leadership Supervision major, what are the characteristics (observable or measurable) that you will display as a senior that show you have developed this capacity?

How do you believe your behaviors in or out of the classroom support the 9 traits you should have to show you are ready to lead? (see upload file)

If we assume that as a leader, the choices you make that are related to your behaviors are the ONLY thing with which you have 100% control (attitudes displayed through actions), give examples of how you might practice engaging in behaviors that are more likely to positively influence the people, work groups, and organizations you work within (changing your own and the World-view of others)? Do you believe that you have the power to change someone else’s World-view? Why or why not?

If we assume that self-leadership is the most critical skill you must develop before you graduate, what is the single action that you could begin practicing today that would be a step in this direction?
