The first six weeks of our course we focused on Management. The second six weeks of our course we focused on Marketing. Based on what you’ve learned from our texts and about your project company. What recommendations would you make for your Project Company in regards to Management and what recommendations would you make in regards to Marketing. (Remember: “Keeping the status quo” is not a recommendation. Even if your project company is doing well in one of or both of the areas, there is always room for improvement!).
