In the American culture, stereotyping based on such things like race, ethnicity or religion is rampant. However, such racial profiling such association between Blacks and other minorities has been galvanized especially with the advent of the civil rights movement. This practice has been so pervasive in our society that the term “criminal predator” is euphemistically used in referring to “young Black male” (Merino, 2015).
It is such common stereotypes that have erroneously helped to be seen as a subtle rationale for the unofficial policy….
