To prepare for this assignment:

Review the ACA Code of Ethics or APA Code of Ethics, depending on which code is particular to your field. Reflect on the standards that apply to prevention, intervention, and consultation endeavors.

Review Chapter 7 in the course text, Psychological Consultation  and Collaboration in School and Community Setting. Consider the ethical and legal issues inherent to the practice of consultation, and how the consultant-consultee relationship may be vulnerable to ethical violations or legal concerns.

Based on what you know of the ethical and legal issues inherent to the practice of consultation, reflect on the ethical and legal issues that may occur in the practices of prevention and intervention.

Think about how the ethical and legal concerns specific to the practices of prevention, intervention, and/or consultation may be addressed.
