For the Discussion Board in Unit 1 you were asked to skim the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and to write about a rule that you found interesting.  As we have now covered many of the rules that were selected, for this unit please:

Identify the rule covered in the prior units( confidentiality in legal world)  that you found to be the most surprising;

State which rule we have covered you believe is the most likely to be abused and why; and

Whether or not you think the rules are clear or need greater clarification.
