Introduction
Ethical theories are meant to describe to us the various ways in which we could apply ethics in business and in other institutions in our lives and in the end we shall perform effectively as a result of good relations among ourselves both in the society and in organizations. The code of ethics which we observe when relating with others determine much of the success of our work or the failure (Griffin, and Moorhead, 2014). There are various theories which describe business ethics and how we should relate with others in our society.
