When we talk about diversity, there are a multitude of characteristics
we are talking about. There are biases, assumptions, oppression, and
inequities that may impact the career development process for our
clients. Select two different subcultures, and state how you will serve
each population effectively when providing career counseling. One
population needs to address people with disabilities and the other
population can be your choice. For example, you may select people with
disabilities and Native Americans. Use citations to support your
comments, including one journal article from the peer-reviewed source
