i need you to add information to the one already in the paper.

The product is: Pam Cooking spray oil

Target country is: Poland

I need you to add information to the one already there. For the Target country general fact you have to write about Poland history.

  1.         Target Country General Facts (keep this part short; you do not have to cover all topics in this section – for instance, a description of the country’s/region’s/city’s location and history may be enough)

I need you to write about Poland History. Try to link it to the oil and fat industry in the country

  1. History

For the economic analysis I need you to add more information to the one already there.

III.         Economic Analysis (one to two pages at the most)

  1. Economic statistics (pick the stats that make most sense for youur project)
  2.     Gross national income, Personal income per capita, Average household income, Wealth distribution, Unemployment, Inflation

According to OECD (2014), Poland has an unemployment rate of 8.8%. The average household net-adjusted disposable income per capita is 16,234 U.S. dollars, per year. This is lower than the OECD average of $23,938. The average household financial wealth per capita in Poland is about 10,406 U.S. dollars. This is also lower than the OECD average of $42,903. However, the average net adjusted disposable income is $31,305 per year, which is the top 20% of the population. The bottom 20% lives on only $6,403 per year.

Looking on websites such as Walmart.com and Amazon.com, the price of PAM cooking spray typically ranges from about $2.50 to $3.50. We will make this our price range as well. Since this price range is relatively cheap, our target market will be financially stable enough to purchase this product.

  1.         Market Audit and Competitive Market Analysis
  2. Analysis of relevant trends* (again, you do not have to cover all possible types of trends – for instance, if you had not identified any cultural trends that are relevant to the launch of your product/service, do not make up stuff or cite trends that may be current but not relevant)
  3.     Cultural
  4.     Demographic
  5.     Psychographic
  6.     Technological
  7.     Consumer
  8.      Social

The current generation of young adults in Poland has much more freedom over their lives than in the past. It used to be unheard of for a Polish woman to move out of her house and start a family before she was married. Now a days, this option is consider much more frequently, depending on economic conditions. It could often be very difficult for young adults to find work that would make them financially independent. This factor often delays these young adults in leaving their homes as soon as they planned. Among EU countries, Poland has one of the highest age rates for adults leaving home. This could affect the amount of women who will take on the responsibility of cooking for their husbands and their family. The average age for leaving home in Poland is 28.5 years for women and 30 years for men.

This trend goes along with the view the Polish have towards family and personal relationships. Many find family as their source of happiness and some even value it more than marriage. However, they also seek happiness through other aspects of life. Polish young adults want their work and employment to be the source of personal satisfaction in order to have a high quality life that lives up to their standards.

During the past 20 years, there has been a significant change in the political and social systems in Poland. After 1989, Poland became a much larger provider of jobs and social services, which changed the economic structure in a positive way. This resulted in a more individualistic lifestyle for many polish young adults. The new economy attracted consumerism and the purchasing of more goods than before. This new and improved economic system opened more work opportunities for women, causing many to sacrifice their primary roles of staying home to take care of the children. Now, they have more expectations to be well educated and independent, which could inevitably postpone their parenthood.
