Any goal oriented company needs to have an elaborate reward system that not only compensates the workers for their input to the organization, but also motivates them to work to the improvement of quality of service. An efficient reward system is a good tool for reward and control in any given organization (Flamholtz, 2012). A multinational company must go a step further in creating the ideal system since it must consider factors that vary from one country to another. Different countries have different legal mandates and, therefore, remuneration of employees in the different countries should ensure equality and fairness across all employee levels.
