#1. ARChange is necessary for a company to stay relevant within their space. If the company develops a product and never tries to improve it or develop a next generation of the product they are putting their business at risk of becoming irrelevant. The consumers want the next best thing all the time as a company it is their responsibility to the share holders to be working to stay relevant to keep the companies market share and try to grow the market share that they have. If the company is resistant to change they will eventually not be a company any more as the consumers will find a better product to spend their money on.
The change that a company will need to go through will depend on the market they are in if they are a tech business they will be in a constant world of change as the technology is evolving as fast as they can put a new product out there is another company developing something that potentially will be better than what they just released. If the business is not in such a fast evolving industry they can release the product and then start to work on the next product or update and it isn\\\’t as much of a rush. Organizational change can also come from a leadership shift in direction of the company or a shareholder demand that the company pivot in a different direction. The changes might not be to products but maybe process\\\’s that the company operates under.
