Choose an organization and describe its core competency (or competencies) and its distinct competency (or competencies).  In addition to your detailed description, you should also explain how these competencies work for the organization in its current industry.  Some things to consider might be: How do these competencies assist with the enterprise’s success?   Who are the organization’s major competitors? and,  What are the things this organization should be watching for in the future?  There may be other questions to consider as well.

Your reports should be 3  pages, double-spaced and written as a WORD document.  Please restrict your report to no more than five pages.
