Chef Jamie will be discussing Sanitation and a small bit of Nutrition. You will notice, that she will bring up topics in the readings, but also adds to them. For instance, the book doesn’t mention the special diets that Chef Jamie currently deals with, it only mentions a “low-carb” diet. Therefore, I want you to be current on some of these issues and I think the video “stories” will be more fun for all of us!
