Research the initiatives on which your state’s action coalition is working. Summarize two initiatives spearheaded by your state’s action coalition. Discuss the ways these initiatives advance the nursing profession.
Describe barriers to advancement that currently exist in your state and explain how nursing advocates in your state overcome these barriers. ( Shortage of nurse is the major issue we are facing in New York. Leaving those in the field overworked, overwhelmed, stressed, burnout to care for a dispositional large number of patient. In addition to that organizations lack financial educational support to encourage nurse to pressure their education. Nursing schools being unable to increase nursing school enrollment because of scarcity of nursing school faculty. Those are some of the barriers we are facing in the greater N.Y)
