All the decision makers must participate in the negotiation process.

The participant in the negotiation must people who have the power to accept any deal that will be offered by the other parties. This can be done by ensuring that every party appoints its representative before the negotiations starts. The rule is necessary to avoid disagreements in the future.

All the necessary proof and documents must be presented beforehand.

I would ensure this by disqualifying all the proof that is presented after a set deadline. This would ensure compliance. This rule is important because the proof will shed more light to the matter that is in contention…………………………………
