1 Native American Religion

Natives should be allowed to perform their ceremonies in prison. Everyone has a right to any religion and worship freely as per the constitution. A prisoner is under the constitution and their rights need to be observed. Native Americans need to preserve their culture as it is what identifies them with.

Prisoners do not give up their rights when they enter prison. They are human beings who just need to be corrected and should be treated well for better correction. They need to understand that they are under correction for one to emerge out as a responsible person. The right to practice religion should be practiced…………………..
