Realism and anti-realism are two ways of explaining the nature of values, norms, and morality.  Write 600-900 word essay responding to the following questions:  1)  What do realists and anti-realists believe about the nature of values, norms, and values.  You will need a paragraph for each of these theories.  For example, where do anti-realists believe morals, norms, and values come from?  According to the anti-realists, who are the powerful?  Give examples.  2) What are the implications of each position?  If anti-realism is true, what else is true of morals, values, and norms?  If realism is true, what else is true of values, norms, and morality?  3) Are Socrates and Euthyphro realists or anti-realists?  What are their reasons for advocating the position they advocate (while they both advocate the same position, Socrates\\\’s reasons for doing so are different than Euthyphro\\\’s).  To complete this essay you will need to first carefully read Lecture 3.  (30 points)
