4. COACHING: If you were coaching a developing leader who was just appointed to a new team on a school project how would you coach them to lead the team to ensure the team was able to: deliver an excellent final product on the assigned project, everyone on the team contributed equally, team members communicated effectively, and all team members had the opportunity to maximize the learning in the assignment and the learning that comes with working on a team?
