Introduction

Leadership styles refer to the particular ways specific leaders use to provide directions in the organization, to implement the new plans that the organization have and to motivate the employees they are leading. Different people have different leadership styles (Hackman, and Johnson, 2009). My leadership style is democratic style. This means that I am more involved in building consensus through participation. This means that I love involving the people I lead in decision making and also ask for their suggestions on what they feel should be done in the course of leading these people.
