What is situational leadership? Give an example of situational leadership. Include thoughts such as: What happened in the situation? Who was the emerging leader? Was your opinion of the individual changed as a result of this situation? If so, why?

Interpersonal skills are important in many management operations. What are these skills? Are these skills equally important for leader? Justify your answer.

We all agree that there are good leaders and bad leaders. What makes a bad leader? Are bad leaders deficient in specific leadership skills or are there other deficiencies that you can identify?

Many of the leaders we have discussed are military or political leaders. There also are leaders in the business, religious, and sports areas. Do these individuals possess the same characteristics or does each area have distinct characteristics that apply only to that area? Justify your response.

Each question should be about half a page for a total of two pages.
