Prepare a paper that provides an overview of three types of leadership functions: 1) leadership of human resources, 2) leadership of fiscal resources, and 3) the development of a unit or institutional mission. Then, address the following:
Analyze a selected higher education leadership role.
Discuss how that role is responsible for these three leadership functions within your own higher education institution or another institution with which you are familiar.
Explain the different motivational theories as you describe how your role is tied to the leadership functions.
Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
