According to Covey, there are various habits which make people to be successful in their leadership or managerial roles. One of these habits is being proactive. This implies that leaders should take the responsibility of their actions and attitudes. Good leaders usually take good responses on issues that they come across. This response eventually enables them to make very productive and valuable decisions. In my studies, there are many cases when I fail tests and assignments. However, I do not give up on my studies and instead work extra hard on the areas that I failed. For instance, there is a time I did terribly in my assignments……………….
