Instructional Objectives for this activity: Analyze the various legal issues and terms related to interrogation.

confession may or may not be an admissible confession. Include in this
discussion, whether the Miranda Waiver is valid in this case.

Before a person confesses before the judge or interrogators, there are various factors that must be considered. The convict must confess freely without pressure or interference from any person.
