Scroll down to “USPTO Patent Application Full-Text and Image Database (AppFT)”
Click on “quick search”
Conduct your search (Hint: enter your company name and select “assignee name” field)
TRADEMARKS
Click on “Search Trademark Database”
Click on ”Trademark Electronic Search System TESS”
Conduct your search
COPYRIGHT
Click on the Search Records (middle of the page)
Click on Post-1978 Records (halfway down, middle of page)
Enter your company name in the search box
NOTE: Registration is not required for copyright protection so the absence of registration does not mean the absence of copyrights for your company.
