A Webliography is similar to an annotated bibliography; however, sources for a Webliography are from Internet sources only.

For this assignment, you will create an annotated Bibliography that includes Internet sources rather than textbooks and journal articles. Refer to the University of Phoenix Material “Annotated Bibliography” at http://www.apollolibrary.com/cwe/pdfs/Annotatedbibliography.pdf for directions on how to create and to format your Webliography.

Search the Internet to identify and create an annotation for TWO Web resources related to each of the 5 phases of the instructional design process as outlined below. A total of 10 resources are required. Resources should focus on “how to” develop instruction using the ADDIE model, not on how to apply ADDIE within instruction.

Each of these ADDIE phases has sub components that are important for developing instruction. Your Webliography should not include 10 resources on ADDIE; instead, you are conducting a more in-depth research of the different components and how the components contribute to the development of instruction. Your webliography should have two sources on instructional design analysis, two on design, two on development, two on implementation, and two on evaluation.

The name ADDIE is based on the 5 phases of an instructional design process, which include:
Analysis:
Identify the needs assessment and gap analysis

Design:
Define the goals and performance-based objectives, describe the summative assessment, learning outcomes, learner characteristics, and learning context

Development:
Develop the delivery modality and select instructional strategies

Implementation:
Create a plan for implementation, identify the participants in the learning setting, evaluate resources for instructional delivery, and analyze the function of formative evaluations

Evaluation:
Examine strategies for evaluating the systematic approach to instructional design; identify criteria for determining if design goals, performance-based objectives, and learning outcomes were achieved; analyze possible recommendations for future use
Each reference (in APA format) should be followed by a descriptive and evaluative annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited.
