Income and education.

            In developing countries, a high level of education does not necessarily guarantee higher household income. Poor policies that are put in place are a major cause of the lack of a correlational relationship between high income and high education levels. For example a policy that keeps civil servants in office until the retirement age which is set at 60 years. On average, higher learning graduates complete their education at an age of about 25 years. With the holders of the offices retiring at such a late age, it’s hard for the graduates to acquire………………….
