A company culture is a collective set of evolving values, behaviors or beliefs that determine the interactions and relationships between employees, management and other stakeholders in order to influence business transactions. It influences how business is carried out in all organization’s departments (Phegan, 1996). It develops cumulatively from the traits exhibited by organizations employees over time.
