What legal responsibilities do youth have if they know they are infected with an STI

General: Read the article listed in the “Essay” section entitled,”Vital Signs: HIV Infection, Testing, and Risk Behaviors Among Youths – United States.” After viewing each question, go back into the article and isolate the questions and reread the article looking for answers to the specific questions.

9 – 10 points: At least three of the recommendations to prevent contraction of HIV were mentioned and an evaluation was made (using textbook information, life experience, or other sources) as to whether the following of those recommendations would or would not be sufficient to reduce the risk of contraction of HIV and why. If you didn’t believe that the recommendations made in the article were sufficient, then what alternative recommendations would you make.

7 – 8 points: At least three of the recommendations to prevent contraction of HIV were mentioned and an evaluation was made (using textbook information, life experience, or other sources) as to whether the following of those recommendations would or would not be sufficient to reduce the risk of contraction of HIV and why or why not.
