Describe the implications of each alternative action; lay out the limitations and advantages of each alternative considered.

In this study, James meets Lisa his first client. Through the sessions, there are ethical situations that prevail. First of all, James is supposed to take all the relevant information about his client during their first session. However, James disregards this process because he perceives that he is running out of time with his client. Ethically it is wrong to deal with a client whom you did not take their details therefore; you have not established exactly who they are.
During the first session, James realizes a lot of things about his client. He realizes that she has lost, suffers decreased motivation and overall dissatisfaction but fails to tell his immediate supervisor since he forgot.
