For the transition plan to be successful, it is important to make sure that the critical parts of the plan must be there and well implemented. To start with, it is notable that there need to be a good plan that recognizes the interests of the child. This means that the plan should be made by both parents and the teachers so as to have an all inclusive plan. The first part of the plan should include the different lessons that the student needs to get. This is in reference to the skills that he or she should gain in an effort to be able to interact with the different people in the public or the work place.
