My name is Lario Welsh Jr. I am twenty five years of age going on twenty six. I am originally from Barstow, CA by way of living in Brooklyn, NY as well as San Juan, Puerto Rico running Airbnb\’s. I am taking this course to transition into an admitted Fall semester at California State University Dominguez hills. My major is in Global Supply chain & logistics with a minor/ certificate in French. The role of business cards to extend your information to other by hand or virtual aspect. One thing a business card should always represent about you is your mission statement, product or service, and contact information to via phone or social media outlets. A business card is only important if you want to be taken serious in a networking or corporate setting.

My name is Kim. I am 52 years young. I am a single mother of a 19-year-old. I currently live in Apple Valley, but I am originally from Upland, CA. I am taking this class because it is the last class required for my second degree here at Barstow Community College. I signed up for BCC in January 2020 for the first time and took Dr. Kay’s Intro to Management class. That was my first class with BCC. Now I am taking Management 7 with Dr. Kay for my last class at BCC. I will graduate in May this year and will finish with my second Associates. I received my first this past December in Business. I just think it is ironic that I began with Dr. Kay, and I will end with Dr. Kay. I am grateful for all the teachers I had and all the knowledge I gained.
There are many roles of business cards. One is to hand out to colleagues to exchange contact information with other business partners. Another role is they are the best way to market yourself. Having a great business card can make all the difference. Business cards are an extension of your brand. They are a custom design and a way to connect on a personal level with customers and business partners. Business cards are important because they can create opportunities. For example, you can get a lead or a referral for your business from someone by handing out a business card to someone. That someone can pass along your card to someone else, and so on.
