Conducting a Google search for constructive criticism, integrating feedback, feedback, and empowerment the following information was given; Constructive criticism is defined as open straightforward communication with both negative and positive points of the either personal or professional direction of one’s behavior. Integrating feedback is the ability to relate the message in a short organized way that is straight to the point to ensure the receiver can understand the message. With integrating feedback structure also ensures a step-by-step process so the message is not lost and giving in a positive matter. While feedback and empowerment state as before feedback states the stage for an individual to receive the message, while empowerment is where that individual is given the opportunity to take on more responsibility to either improve behavior or the manager has seen that he or she is the capability of more responsibly to show his or her leadership or management skills.
When it comes to my scholar-practitioner-leader interacting receiving and integrating feedback say about me, it all comes down to having an open mind. Feedback to any leadership or behavior is meant to correct what is perceived as missteps of one’s action. Personally enjoy feedback since it gives me the ability to improve myself and learn how to get better at what I’m working on. As to integrating feedback, it is easier to have it broken down into steps, examples, or explanations, so personally can see or follow my process to improve or correct my leadership style. In addition to be a good leader, one must be able to follow.

Peer-reviewed literature is basically peer-reviewed journal articles that have gone through an evaluation process in which journal editors and other expert scholars critically assess the quality and scientific merit of the article and its research. Articles that pass this process are published in the peer-reviewed literature. Substantial in length, often 10 pages or more. According to the reading and the video watched, I learned that a good peer review article must contain extensive discussion of the research methods used by the author, it is usually written for scholars or other researchers in the field it has an extensive list of works cited at the end of the article, and it contains substantial statistical analysis. I also discovered that not all information found in journals has been reviewed. It is best to pay close attention to icons and reviews to be sure you get the best results. To have a good peer review you must have quality, relevance, and importance. How well did the research conduct the information, is the paper interesting to the readers, and what impact does it have on the scholars?
Peer review literature is important to me because it plays a key role in validating the quality of research. I believe it is all about bringing out the truth about research. According to (Demonari and Marcolino 2022) The prevalence of qualitative and conceptual articles leaves a gap that exists in terms of in-depth analyses. This type of literature contributes rich descriptions of complex phenomena that have not been represented in a meaningful way to date. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to examine the results that may have been found and discuss with the community the procedures that have been interpreted and evaluated.
