In your concluding paragraph, state whether you agree or disagree with the author’s comments. Provide a rationale for the response.
Use at least three (3) quality resources in this assignment with one (1) being your article.

            According to this article, there are both losers and beneficiaries of the current decrease in oil prices on the global market. One of the losers is definitely Russia, which is one of the world’s largest oil producers. According to reports, Russia makes a loss of $2bn in terms of revenues for every fall in the price of fuel by one dollar. This aspect has led to the World Bank warning that this scenario might end up negatively affecting Russia’s economy……………..
