Perspective of paper:

Diversity Programs: Are they fair (ethical) to everyone? Stance should be Diversity programs are unfair (unethical) because sometimes the less qualified person is promoted due to racial requirements; which in turn ultimately create a weak business environment.

 

The research paper should be a minimum of 15-pages (Excluding coversheet & References) and should cite approximately 15 different references.  It should be double spaced (no double-double spacing between paragraphs allowed), with 1″ margins.

Do not write paper focused on WHAT is Diversity Program.  Paper should argue the underlying issues of the topic.

In this regard, diversity takes many perspectives and has not been given a specific definition. In every office there seems to be contention emanating from the foundation of corporate diversity. Perhaps there is nobody that has the right perspective to do with diversity…………………
